Things are going really well for me. I have told myself and am mentally prepared to get rid of the soda from my diet. I allow myself soda and fast food on Fridays as a treat to how successful I have been throughout the week. I am walking/jogging with my exercise buddy at least 2x a week and I play sand flag football for at least 1.5 hours on Sundays. I am mentally prepared at this point to lose the weight. I will reach my goal in no time. There is a boudoir photo shoot in October that I would love to do. I hope to lose a lot of my excess weight by then and can get in enough shape to feel comfortable doing that. If I'm not, it's ok, I will not beat myself up over it. I need to keep my motivation.
