I have to start tracking again. I can't keep these last 10 - 13 lbs off if I don't track. They always sneak back up on me during the winter because I don't do as much cardio when it's cold.

The good news is that it will be warm again soon!!

In the mean time I have to stop with the snacking and start preparing good clean low carb meals.
