This is the first week I am concentrating on losing the weight. I have finished investigating my eating habits and now have to lower the intake. There was no big mystery here. I am eating way too much. The good news is that weight loss is completely in my control and I can change things. The bad news is that this weight loss is completely in my control and I can change things.
This weeks changes are: Cut out dessert sweets. I can have sugar in my coffee and 1/2 teas. on my cereal as well as raw honey in my tea. I will try to eat nothing after 5PM.
