I forgot to enter last weeks weight loss. Freud may have something to say about that, being that I only lost .2 pounds. I found that I could add an "Historical Weight" to my journal, so I did.

After four days of crunching to numbers I lost 4.2 pounds. I really like the weight loss. I've got a long way to go but I'm headed in the right direction. Today I got up early and I'm 5 hours away from ending my fast. I'll have my coffee and get the days started and noon will be here before I know it.

I'm still having a problem reaching my percentages. I keep everything under the maximums, but the percentages are not even close.

Day FIVE numbers;
Fat - 76.75 (63%) Carbs - 19.83 (7%) Protein - 82.51 (41%) Calories - 1112 -685
