Today was a challenge - regarding my numbers. Dinner was grilled chicken breasts (salt, pepper, and Lawry's seasoning) grilled on the BBQ, nothing fancy. I had 2 pieces of chicken with a Romaine salad, Blue Cheese dressing, real bacon bits and a huge glass of water. My numbers today look really good (and low), but I'm concerned about the percentages. I'm going to ask my Keto Guru (Jami) if there's a problem and how I can improve my numbers.
Even though everything is low, I am not hungry. Even after fasting for 16 hours I'm not having any cravings or issues. I don't have those mid night refrigerator raids either.
