Well I wanted to set some new goals. So i went through my fatsecret weight history and wrote down my losses for each week when I started in january and was doing really well. I want to mirror these losses now starting fresh!

I lost 9.6 kg in 5 weeks back in january- ill try do it again. eating the same foods etc. I know i can because i HAVE before.

Finally got some good news today after weeks of bad news and just crappt situations stressing me out. feel good now i have new goals to start fresh with :)
