Been busy for many weeks. Hoping to keep better track. I went to Missouri Easter week-end and didn't workout for 12 days. And here I gained like 3/4 pounds but back on track this week. Excercised 3 daqys last week to get me back into it and so far everyday this week. I didn't eat that much junk when I was gone on my trip but I guess it was the not excercising that did it. I hope to get back down soon.
