Feeling good, the scale is finally not thwarting me at every turn. I hope this trend continues!
I may not work out today, we'll see. Waiting for a delivery. If it comes early, I'll still work out. Plan on hiking tomorrow.

...wow. Sure didn't plan on eating as much as I did today, especially with no work out to offset it. According to the bodybugg, I've only burned about 1875 calories today. Sure makes a difference when I work out! Well, hopefully tomorrow's hike will balance this out.
