Did 30 Day Shred, Level 3, Levels 1 & 3 Power Scultp and Level 2 Cardio Max, plus warm up and Bob's yoga cool down. Burned almost 500 calories doing this routine - think I can keep this up. Drove to the airport and back, an hour's worth of driving.
