38.8% BF. Finally got on the scale in the afternoon, and not after a strenuous work out or shower, so the number should be fairly accurate. First time I've seen my water content at over 43%, too. No work out today. Don't have it in me. Am seriously contemplating upping my calories by 100 - 200 calories a day to see if that can give me a nudge. The math doesn't work out here, I should be losing well over 2 lbs a week, even with 6 work outs per week. Maybe I can find a hike to go on for tomorrow.
Decided to do a short work out after all. I only did the warm up and about 35 min. of Jillian's no more trouble zones. Better than nothing!
