Not good. I was really into exercising and doing great at it. But now the knee has decided it wants to hurt and not stop. So I stopped exercising and started eating again. I have put on 10 lbs. But that's not too bad, could be worse. I am starting now.. getting determined again... I'm gonna try the bike instead of the treadmill and see if my knee can handle it. Maybe it will strengthen the quad and take some pressure off my knee. Been to the doctor .. but surgery is out of the question for me. I've had too many of those. I've got the ginsu knees.. yuk. Need some good buds to give me some motivation.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
