Well hell. Went to Applebee's with friends today and had a great time. Chose the asiago peppercorn steak meal with "under 550" calories. Question there as the veggies and steamed potatoes tasted very much like butter. But still. All good until after lunch and then deciding to drink wine all afternoon! Had four glasses over the next several hours. Oh wel. I guess I have to expect those few times like today. Life is short!
