I tried a different Biggest Loser work out today. Did the 30 Day Jump Start. It was different, and in some ways easy by comparison (to Shred and Power Sculpt), and yet a few exercises I couldn't do or do as long as they did. Worked up quite a sweat by the time it was over, but think I prefer the other two DVD's more. I might even like the other one I have ... No More Trouble Zones more than this one. Still, nice to do something different and mix things up some. Getting excited - 2.6 lbs in the last week. That's the first this has happened in these 8 weeks so far : )
