very tired, yesterday. by five pm i was exhausted. ate dinner and edited a client's book for a few hours then read and slept by 9. awoke at midnight. dozed off and on through my alarm and finally dragged myself out of bed at 6:30. eating eggs for breakfast, now (10:30) and thinking about taking a nap. hip hurts. hands are stiff. nose is running. but i don't have a cold. must be keto flu since i've been back on lchf only since friday. i will try drinking more water and taking potassium gluconate.
it's almost 1 pm and most of the joint pain and stiffness has subsided.
