Ugh, ugh, ugh. Had a toothache this afternoon. You know the type that makes one whole side of your mouth hurt? Advil was dulling the pain, but it was still coming back. I didn't feel like trying to chew on the low-carb stuff we have at home so.... we went to Lee's Chicken for some mashed potatoes. Okay, and so I got three chicken strips as well as the two sides of potatoes.

Yeah, and I ate the biscuit, too. Because what the hell.

Tomorrow back on low carb. :)

I figure these things happen. I can't beat myself up over it anymore - I'm just going to go on and know tomorrow is a new day and a clean slate as far as the food tracker is concerned! (Now if the dishes in my sink would cooperate...)

Take care of that tooth! I do mine at dental school, at least the major stuff like root canals. It's way cheaper.
