I'm excited and proud of myself...since I started tracking again I haven't missed a day of tracking, even when I was tempted to take the weekend off from tracking as I've done in the past. I also haven't drank!!!! AND I switched to night workouts instead of 5am because my gym partner is on vacation for the next 10 weeks and so I thought I'd try evenings...and in the past I've been very very flakey when it comes to night workouts because I just plain want to go home after work!!! But not this time around!!! :) I've changed SO much as a person I'm surprised!!! I used to not be able to go home, I HAD to go STRAIGHT there with no stops but NOW I can even go home and for a little bit and I'll STILL go!! :)

Since my gym partner has gone on vacation, though, I haven't done weights and yesterday I started feeling guilty because I know from past experience that heavy weight lifting a few times a week boosts my fat loss hugely!!! And makes me look amazing too...so last night I decided I'm adding it back in...I went and did it by myself and just rocked out to music while I lifted and went above and beyond! 45 minutes of heavy weight lifting and squats and THEN went and did 30 minutes of hard cardio!

So many want me to get weight loss surgery but I feel like I'd be robbing myself of getting to see my strength, coming from ME, and watching myself evolve...

It's not all about reaching goal weight...it's about the journey and learning my own strength and self love <3
