Was exercising/running and plateaued at 238ish, per my last weigh in - hurt my back, exercise stopped - my weight was fluctuating between 238 and 245 - now, it fluctuates between 245 and 252 - started exercising - cross-fit - and time to start watching what I eat and recording my feelings, etc.
