Today has be a great day so far. This site and people on it, really make me want to be thin, and do what I have to do to get there. I woke up this morning and got to thinking. Im stuck on two diets, the south beach, and atkins. I know on phase one of the southbeach, you dont eat any carbs, so I guess, until I figure out what I want to stick with, I just wont eat any carbs. I'm thinking more along the lines of south beach though. I am going to get the book today and read up on both diets.
