Bless you ClassicRocker! YiorgosAnd this is MY FAT SECRET too. That I share before and after pictures of myself here is because it's a safe place to do so!

I'm not always able to show both at the same time, because the phone app only allows you to take photos, not do comparison uploads.

I don't post pictures of my food, as food is relative. I haven't eaten a mammal since 1988. I'm not thrilled by photos of dead cows, pigs, etc., so I use the filter to avoid as many photos of "food" as I can.

I do appreciate my fellow FS'ers sharing their personal progress, whether in words or photos. To support each other in our respective desire to achieve better health through weight loss/gain that's what we're here for, isn't it?

Indeed!!! :) I haven't eaten meat for just under a year now and the more time goes by, the less I want it, the less I understand why people do it. If everyone would have to kill what they want to eat.........
