Busy at work! I did my spin class this morning and some time on the stepper at the gym. My Polar HRM said I burned 700 calories!! So far so good on the workouts this week. My diet plan will follow shortly.

700! The Polar goes of your hart rate?

Yes, I program my age, weight and height in to the wrist unit and it calculates calories based on my HR and amount of exercise time. I try to keep my intensity high throughout the workout, which burns more calories.
