I have to count carbs if I want to loose weight so I'm back!!

I worked out this morning, did Rebok step, burned 450 calories.

ETA:

Today was a good day because I recorded my food. I will continue. I do great as long as I track my food. It's so simple, I don't know why I don't stick with my good habits.

Thank you MPTubbs!! I find this site really helpful, it works when I use it!! LOL I'll try not to wander off again! I find I can burn calories pretty quick when I workout with good intensity.
