Ok on track to not ef up today. Doing great on the carbs , got a mean work out in this morning even though I am functioning on 4hrs of sleep..I couldn't sleep last night and had a migraine.. wanted to die and skip the gym this morning but I would have hated myself and I couldn't go back to sleep anyway and the work out gave me the energy I need to start my day. And I will sleep like a bear tonight Im sure. Got my meals planned out for tomorrow and another mean work out planned. I am mixing it up at the gym this week. I feel like Ive been going back and forth with these 3lbs not only bc I cheat here and there (hehe) but Ive upped the weights at gym so Ive been kicking up the cardio to compensate and hope that jumps start my losing again.
Questions : Is cool whip a fat like cream cheese? Is there such a thing as too much bacon LOL and Can anyone give me some ideas to help jump start ketosis again ! Please and thanks and god bless low carb and the ymca LOL hahaha

thanks CTLSS.. i have both in the house right now and had a nice big spoon yesterday of the cool whip.. hoping its like cream cheese and will jump start ketosis again.

Red, why would you eat those artificial fake whipped toppings when real whipping cream is so easy and delicious, and on your diet. Always opt for real food and skip all the additives and preservatives. Honor your body with real food!

Erika... your so right and I totally never thought of that.. and I ALWAYS have real whipping cream in the house for my coffee...

You can add a little stevia and a couple of drops of vanilla - it's wonderful. Or just eat it plain - also wonderful.
