2 days no exercise. I took Friday off, as changed up the exercise on Thursday. Didn't mean to take Saturday off - but had the opportunity to spend extra time with the grandchild. Headed off to the gym in just a bit, and will work out extra hard!
I wore a pair of pants yesterday that I hadn't worn for awhile, and am in a workout outfit that hasn't been out of the drawer for over a year. And, best news, many of my suits fit again. Can't wait to pack for this week's trip... ok, I wish I was staying home this week, but if I have to go, at least I won't be wearing loose shift dresses this trip!
