Two days in a row and I am at 136.2 on the scale. Very excited with this weigh-in. Now I am only 1.2 lbs from my initial goal and I am feeling great with ending my 21 Day Fix Extreme workout. The container system has done wonders with focusing on what to eat. Chris has also been on it and seen great results so we have been encouraging each other.
Yesterday, I started the 22 Minute Hard Corps workout. It is different but still allows me some cardio/resistance training beyond my training for the marathon.
Overall, feel great and I can definitely see the results in the mirror. Very excited for February.
