Well i'm doing ok back on the diet. I'm not doing it so hard core yet but almost. It's comeing off just slower then it was.

Don't worry if you don't think you're doing as well as before. I find it's harder to eat healthy when I've been off-track for a while, so I give myself 2-3 weeks to get back into the routine. During the 2-3 weeks, I push through the hungry feelings and cravings, and also forgive myself if I eat something I didn't have the calories for!
