I am committed to losing the next 40 lbs in 5 months. This means by June 6, 2012 I will weigh 145. This means I will maintain health eating and regularly exercise. I will work on my attitude about exercise realizing to be healthy you must move! I have so many mental hangups. I will do my best to address those as they arrive and not respond emotional but with logic.
