Just a thought. Maybe switch your self talk to "Never go off it" instead of "Back on it"?

I have different receipes that I got from the book called the 10 day green smoothie cleanse by JJ Smith. There is a vibrant facebook page that you can follow where people share their stories, give tips etc. I have pdf copies of the smoothie recipes if interested.. just send me your email. They are a full, nutritious meal
