Started yesterday.

Set my diet plan and planned my food also gymed.

Its now or never.

Really tired from coming back after christmas which is why I feel a little blah. Also been on my tablets for 6months. Should be kicking by now :-)
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
