FYI...I am taking the licensure exam very soon 💆 my current goals are:
1) no limit on chai 😎☕️
2) increase caloric fats and oils for brain function 🤓🥑🍳
3) increase exercise for alertness, and increased endorphins🏃‍♀️🤸‍♂️🏋️‍♀️
4) last meal at or before 6pm
5) disciplined daily meditation and positive thought practice👳‍♀️🦄🦋💫🎯🕉🛐🙏

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 December 2016:
