so this is my first day living with the awareness...of food! with the days of eating high fat high caloric foods are over...hence my time at aventino...i'm looking forward to this step in the right direction. school, a new job and a new life style. my body is sore from stress and a poor diet. i have cramps today too so i will start my work out routines monday...and i can't wait! join the community center for $25 a year where they offer spin classes and who knows what else!
very exciting to be looking my best on the trip to miami at the end of march :)
