So I've switched up my morning routine, now that I met my first weight goal (97 lb to 118 lb).
I always drink 16 oz of water first thing, and now Im taking DGL 3:1 Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice Extract. I do not have high BP or any liver/kidney issues, medically speaking, so i feel good about the change. Then 20 minutes later i eat a Nut, Cheese (1String Cheese), fresh berry breakfast snack (alternate with Plain Whole Milk Yogurt with all the healthy probiotics). Followed by my homemade Cappuccino. Then two hours later hit the 2-3 Cups of dark green veggies, grass fed meat (3-4 oz Omega Balanced Beef) cooked in Healthy oils Slow and low. ✌🏼
