Started this first day of January 2012 the SAME as every other day since August 9th ... fresh fruit for breakfast ... this morning it was 3oz of both BLACKberries & BLUEberries, plus a 12oz Coffee (mixture of Starbucks, skim milk, cold water & TB instant coffee); lunch w/b Chezy Chicken Parmesan with sliced tomato, & basil salad (see recipe Video via search engine: youtube Chef John Baked Chicken Parm) ... dinner w/b leafy salad w/scallions and 2 small tomatoes w/Italian Wish Bone Spritzer's, 2 small Baked Pork Chops w/Piccata sauce, 1/2 ear of Corn on the Cob and Jello's Raspberry Cheese Cake pudding; plus 6-8 eight ounces of WATER throught the day >>> 1030 calories*~
