Involved in a conference from 8-5. Did alright. Missed morning snack. Ate a very healthy and size appropriate lunch. Had opporunity to meet with clients for dinner - but passed. Had to get one more workout in before getting on a plane at 5 tomorrow morning. Not sure how I'm going to manage workouts (and adequate sleep) when my travel days are booked from an early breakfast thru client dinners.
