I know I need to switch up the exercise, not just do the same thing all the time. Amazing how scary it is to try new things. Don't know whether I'm more afraid of making a fool of myself, or that my "new" exercise won't be as effective as what I'm currently doing. I am doing the push-up challenge, which is a baby-step different. (Push ups: Torture, pure torture.)
