it has been a very hard, injured back again had to go to surgery again to repair the herniated disc probably up 10 pounds refuse to get on the scale 3 weeks post op getting back into exercising I hate going up and down roller coaster of life. I hope you all have a wonderful and amazing day was eating correctly and loving the life that you live.
