Planning the reward for losing the weight! Picked a choice of weekends, one in late March, the other in early April. And picked several potential destinations: Charleston, SC; Sanibel, FL; Key West, FL; South Padre Island, TX. Roche added Lake Havasu, AZ. Waiting for others in my local-challenge to add input, and then we'll decide. Having a firm goal, with exact date and exact location... and money on the line... will help me stay focused. By the way I really like this site. I thought I was a pretty healthy eater, at least when I wanted to be. But, after logging in several food items... I'm learning that I have a lot to learn.
