Today is August 1 2016. L just finished a grueling week in California taking the Cal Bar Exam. Suffered a serious neck and shoulder injury May 15. Stopped me dead in my tracks. Went from 240- back to 264 :(.

Pain is much better, and mobility starting. Going to make another run at 200lbs.

HERE WE GO! Always get back up and try again, its the effort that matters.

Giving up is easy.
