Sorry you aren't feeling well. :( Not sure what type of 'cleanser' you mean.. I would probably just drink tons of water... maybe sparkling water. Hope someone else on here has better advice for you!!

Senna Tea is a good herbal remedy to clear that stuff out. Mom used to make us Senna Tea as kids as needed...you wouldn't want to leave the house afterwards :-) Also, get some good Ginger Candy, and also some Strong Mints. Ginger and Mint have a calming effect on the stomach....but Senna Tea....probably sold as Senna and Ginger Tea is the way to go....

When my stomach is upset I use Pepto-Bismal. It coats the stomach.

Eggs get me every time, they leave me feeling bloated and with an effervescent sensation so I stopped eating them.

Phil, eggs usually dont bother me. Maybe it was just my system this morning. I took two tums and i actually felt well enough to eat my lunch and some cantelope for a snack. @Pan - what do you put in a green smoothie?

Traditional Medicinals "Smooth move" is a senna tea. You can get it in peppermint and that should help the gut settle down and assist your "movement" It can probably be found in any healthfood store and would be good to have on hand for the future :) Hope you feel better soon :)
