At a training today, for breakfast ate:
Pineapple, rasberries, blackberries, grapes, bite of muffin, yogurt with graola
Lunch, salad w/carrots, tomatoes, ranch, mushrooms, croutons,cottage cheese, corn/corn chowder w/salties, bites of BBQ pork sandwich, potato salad, carrot cake, diet coke

Feeling really full, but kept eating, had to unbutton pants, felt fat
