Today is a brand new opportunity to show yourself what you've got! Signed up for a Power Up strength training class at noon today, and then have class later. *Keep yourself busy and motivated! Im thinking a Vanilla Pumpkin Protein Shake will hit the spot this morning. MmMmMm!

What keeps you guys most motivated?

* The Power Up class at Fusion Fitness was really great, I plan on going back. The instructor was really energetic and talkative and it made the time fly on by! I plan on going back, also I made some homemade Pumpkin Oat Buckwheat energy bars, submitted a recipe with pictures, hope all enjoy!
