It's been a good day food and exercise wise. Well, I guess lots of other ways, too! :D

I did 45 min. of the Crunch kickboxing party DVD. Pretty fun and did that first to get my metabolic rate up. Then I did 35 min. of the Piloxing strength and toning DVD. I don't like that DVD nearly as much as her other one, but have to admit it DOES seem to work muscles the others don't. Felt good about a good, strong workout.

I've eaten healthy foods so far today. I just hope to not mess it up with my wine. Not the wine calories - I've accounted for those. For the drop in willpower that comes with a bit of wine! lol

I'm feeling pumped and optimistic. If all goes as expected, then Thursday I should get some great news. My husband should be among those chosen for the company trip to Atlantis this year and the spouses, of course, go as well. We've been on a couple others and though fun, there are those things you have to do being a company "vacation". Ugh. Like the Olympics. Not so fun, even though I'm much more fit than previously. It's just that the "event" takes up most of the day. Then there are two or three other things that are required. A welcome dinner/party thing and the awards presentation dinner. Other than that, you're pretty much on your own and they generally include at least one or two activities to choose from - a snorkeling trip or kayaking or what have you. The trip is in less than 8 weeks, so hopefully enough time to try to tighten up the flab. I honestly don't know what else to try - the legs. omg... horrible! I'm open to suggestions. By the way... I do hundreds of squats and lunges every week, kickboxing, pilates, some cardio... soon to start hiking once again (I hope - depending on hubby's health and endurance). I'm at a loss as to WHY this stuff remains flabby, saggy, disgusting and hanging there.

Well, heck. I WAS in great spirits! lol... Okay, it's another one of those things that IS what it IS. (still open to suggestions, though!)

Well honey I can't help ya there..you do soooooo much more than I would even dream of doing...I'm thinking you see your self one way and you really look fabulous..just like I think my nose is way too big and everyone else says no as it suits my face..SISTERS...need I say more...LOL....OOOOOh a trip to Atlantic sounds awesome..hope you get to go and have a great time...catch you later girl friend...

Hi Bren.... well, I WISH you were right. I like the way I look in SOME areas, lol, but the butt and thighs? Oh Lord, they're a hot mess. I haven't worn shorts for five years probably and hate wearing a bathing suit. Now, if only I could perfect walking BACKWARDS from people, it wouldn't be a problem! As for you and your nose? Your sisters and everyone else is RIGHT. Your nose does suit your face. It's a GOOD face and a GOOD nose for your face. Seriously.

Girl have you seen dome of the people at the beach???..I used to not want to wear shorts either..but now if its hot enough yeah I wear shorts..but when I wear a bathing suit at the beach I wear a t-shirt and short shorts..but thats because I don't want to get burned and ruin my vacation...LOL...Let me know how the walking backwards works for ya..LOL your a mess..

D, I sure wish I had the answer to that one...I could make a fortune! I suspect that Bren is correct about your take on your tush and gams! How in the world can you know what it looks like when you are walking away, unless your head somehow got turned around...like in Death Becomes Her...lol That was such a funny scene! You have worked really hard to get that body, I say FLAUNT IT!!! And I am sure if you asked hubby how your behind looks from behind, he would "jump" at the chance to let you know!! lol Have a great day, D....love ya! <3<3<3...still want to know how to make the little hearts!!!

Hi Bren. Yeah, I know what you mean - there will always be someone that looks worse than I do. Guess the trick would be to sit next to them! lol... I wish bathing suits went down to my (baggy) knees! Until then, I'll just be sure to back out of rooms or away from people. :D

Hi ctlss! I know I can be pretty hard on myself, but I'm also a realist and I don't think I'm exaggerating much about the mess my lower body is in. I wish! Oh well. lol... loved that movie, too! You are right in that my husband is much more accepting of my "issues" than I am! Again, sure glad I married THIS man! :D And oh, didn't know you'd asked about the hearts. I got that from Bren! lol.... yep, gotta give her the credit. She said to hold the "alt" key and then hit the number 3 key on the keypad. (mine didn't work on the numbers at the top of the keyboard, but does on the keypad) And for you - ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
