I will go down in weight this week. That is a promise. THis neck pain is making me eat more to keep me happy and bear through the pain. But I will fight this and find a way to win.

I am seeing a physio who specialise in neck injuries. MY plan is to comeback stronger and leaner.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
