Just starting out on this website. My nursing classmate told me about this site and hopefully I can be successful with this. I've done so many diets: weight watchers, nutrisystem, slim fast, etc and nothing has shown long term changes. I know it's all about maintaining the weight AFTER the fact, but I always end up jumping off the bandwagon. It's frustrating but I still have hope.
