Day 10 hit yesterday on the HCG and as expected to always come...a stall for 2 days now. NO cheats but what happens is the body has dropped so much weight so quickly its kind of in shock. Still following protocol, however even though its always expected at this stage in the diet its still discouraging not to see the scale drop. Still going to do what I normally do and know that in a another day or two the drops will continue.....
30 to lose total 12 lost so far 18 more to go......
Cant say enough about food prep. Make sure you have this done, it allows an easier time staying on you diet.
