I'm on day 3 of Shangri-la. I'm very excited about it. I get hunger pains but am able to say no to food I've never been able to. I am going to give it two weeks before I really buy into it. Try it for two weeks is what Seth says, so I'm in for 2 for now.

The oil totally doesn't bother me. I mix it with water and take it like a shot. It's been very easy so far. This might be the magic bullet I've been looking for!

For anyone reading I am working out also, and have been for a couple of years prior to starting this, but my weight is certainly stuck at a set point.

Hi, I started Shangri-la Oct, last year, have lost 57 lbs. I have not excersized, but am on a plateau now for about 5 weeks, so need to move the body a little more, and maybe this plateau will vanish. This method has worked better for me than any thing I have tried, even better than Dr perscribed diet pills. Cravings have dissapeared, wanting to try strange foods has increased, it is really hard to describe, but the effects are amazing. Good luck, the more you have to lose, the better this program seems to work, but if I never lose another pound, I will keep up the oil, because of the mental effects it has cause with me. Such calmness and since of well being, and freedom from cravings is enough to keep me chugging the oil. Be sure and get protein with each meal, it makes a world of difference, for me anyway. Good luck!!!!
