Day 4 of Apple cider vinegar diet. Lost 3lbs
Appetite suppression some but not much
Seems to be more like a metabolism booster
Tad more energy at gym
Currently not taking full dosage just adding to morning routine. Will keep you updated
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week

I read your bio, you have done exceptionally well! 308lbs @ 5'6", I can relate, at my heaviest I was in the 480lb range @ 6'3". Great work, I used to take apple cider vinegar tablets, seemed to give me a bit of an energy boost, too.
