OK, going for another change up! My normal and regular eating habits go like this usually...no chewing anything before 3-4 pm, dinner, after dinner snack..... With my magic bullet coffee I was able to add in a breakfast type thing which is good. I am not liking the 2/5 Days IF, because of my normal eating patterns, if I go from breakfast to breakfast it cuts out my one meal a day so that it is actually more like a 35 hour fast. Since my normal eating habits are deeply ingrained in me I am removing the eggs from my fat coffee and will be doing the 20/4 hour IF. I do that anyway and I seem to suffer from hunger less when I do it that way. I will have an eating window of 5 PM to 9PM, my modified Magic bullet coffee in the mornings and water or unsweetened tea. Skipping my only actual meal of the day creates way too much hunger and I just can't seem to force myself to keep up with the nuts or smoothies for lunch. I have never been a breakfast or lunch eater, I prefer to be active on an empty tummy and I prefer to rest with a full tummy. My rest gets disturbed when I skip my dinner because of the noise my tummy makes. We will see how it turns out over the next few weeks. Ya'll have a great day!

Good luck. I just started LCHF on Monday combined with a 24 HR Fast of which my only meal is dinner. Working great so far. I checked your Diet Calendar and I must say, great job and keep it up.

If you can hold off on eating until that 4 hour window, more power to ya! I suppose the key is having those good fats in the coffee. Do what feels right to you. Hugs!

I go to work at 11:30 5 days a week, I don't get home till after 5. There are no eating stops on the way to or from work and I work at the Post Office alone, no break room temptations. I stand at the window, put mail in the boxes, run back and forth to the computer in the back the whole time I am there. Sometimes I have time to sip my water, not always. so it's a no-brainer there. I start making dinner when I walk through the door, leave it cooking while I go feed my critters. Then we usually eat around 6:30 after hubby gets home. I think this may be the best course for my own eating habits and my schedule. I never get the urge to eat before I leave for work and trying to make myself do it is foreign and uncomfortable.

LOL Suzy! I thought I was the only purveyor of children's books! My first loves, Dr. Seuss, Winnie the Pooh, and Raggity Ann and Andy :) The Little Engine that could. I gifted my daughter with them too. So many of my childhood memories are retained because of those books.
