Good Morning! Here is the website for the Bacon Wrapped stuffed chicken breast recipe Stuffed chicken breast recipe

It was really good, and this site has a video linked to it that shows how to butterfly and stuff the breast so that the filling won't leak out, the stuffing possibilities are endless. I think my next one will have cream cheese and spinach inside. Enjoy! (BTW - Careful browsing other recipes on this site, some of them can de-rail a weight-loss effort quick, fast and in a hurry)

Yesterday I cooked up some bacon and sautéed chopped up chicken and lots of veggies in the bacon grease. I will check out your suggested recipe. We do need to be careful and creative. Thanks for sharing!

Oh I will definitely save that in my bookmarks! Thank you for posting it. Last night I put 6 frozen chicken breasts in a deep casserole dish and put Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce all over them. I cooked them low on 350 degrees F. without thawing them out first ... almost 2 hours ... maybe more like 1 hour 45 minutes. They came out so tender and savory with the sauce flavor. Most of the sauce was in the bottom of the dish.

Mom, unfortunately I have to avoid the Sugar-free items at the grocery store, I can use Stevia extract, but the ones that have sugar alcohols in them have a very strong laxative effect on me and since I have a colostomy, that's a very bad thing. I don't wear a bag so I have to be very careful what I cook with to avoid any "code browns". It's also one of the main reasons I don't "eat out" much. I have to know EXACTLY what's in my food.

Hey Deb ... I totally get it. I found this at Walmart and prayed it would have the same effect on me. I have IBS-C? Probably not even a term ... but I need the effect. It hasn't worked. *Grrrr!*

Try the sugar free cough drops, in the first year after my surgery I was not aware of those tiny things that disturb the functioning of the digestive tract and I was driving from South Florida to Georgia with a cough and sore throat. After about 5 of those little buggers, I was in trouble. Won't go into any details here (TMI) but suffice it to say, I learned my lesson the hard way!
