Ok, yesterday was a fasting day, now I do my 24 hour fast from breakfast to breakfast, but....due to the fact that my breakfast is simply Bullet coffee, I don't usually have any solid food till dinner time. I had planned on a kale smoothie for lunch today. When I got home from work I had to feed the critters, which on Saturday comes after I come in, no time to do it before work. So I fed the calves and horses and chickens, then I came in and fed the cats, then I opened a serving of dog food...OMG! I feed her Mighty Dog meat cuts in gravy and the Sirloin tips dinner smelled so good my stomach went crazy. Whoa, time to eat some real food, especially if smelling dog food is going to put you on a binge!!! LMAO!

Lol! That's a hard fast in my opinion. I did mine supper to supper and tried to imagine morning to morning so good effort in that for sure! As a child I used to drool over those dog food commercials. Idk if we just didn't get fed meat a lot besides cube steak and pork chops and ground beef or what (Bless my folks for raising us three kids as they did.) but everyone thought I was weird. Lol I am!!😆

Whew! had me a grilled tuna salad tomato and it shut the growlies up, but man, I just couldn't believe a hungry tummy's reaction to a can of dog food!! It had never smelled that good before LOL, I guess they are right about that "hunger makes the best sauce" funny you mention cat food....my boss asked me one day "Can you see yourself getting old with Charley?" I said, "Yeah, I can see us now, in our 80's sitting on the front porch in our rockers, splitting a can of cat food and arguing over who gets to wear the teeth" I thought she was gonna have a stroke she laughed so hard. I didn't think it was that funny until she caught her breath and said "I actually got a mental image and it was SO you two" LOL So there is my dream of old age :)

LMAO @ Bruce, I will not deny, I was tempted, it smelled like Dinty Moore Beef Stew and I don't know if that says something good about the dog food, or bad about Dinty Moore Beef stew....
