So I have been doing fasted cardio at 7am most mornings since February and the strangest thing has happened... I don't set an alarm clock for it, my body wakes me up between 615 and 630 and I just get up and go...I still wake up every morning thinking "I do not want to go to the gym" but it is automatic! On weekends I sleep in until around 8. A few years ago I would've laughed if anyone ever told me I'd be the person who woke up early to go to the gym :) yay for progress!

That is great!! I was beginning to think I was strange(well maybe I am) because I get up @ 3:30 to go to the gym before work.
